Let’s set the table!

Museo Picasso Málaga presents to the public the exhibition Face to face. Picasso and the Old Masters, giving visitors a unique opportunity to discover links between the work of Picasso and a selection of works by the Old Masters, by juxtaposing his paintings alongside those of El Greco, Francisco Pacheco, Giovanni Battista Caracciolo, Francisco de Zurbarán, Cornelius Norbertus Gysbretchs, Bernardo Lorente Germán and Diego Bejarano.

Participants will be able to explore still life paintings in the workshop Let’s set the table!. Inanimate objects such as fruit, flowers, vases, and books will appear, supplying information on the objects and food that used to fill people’s homes, centuries ago. In this workshop, families will be able to make their own relief still life pictures, using objects that represent their own homes.

Aimed at youngsters aged 4 to 12 accompanied by an adult, this activity includes a self-guided tour of the temporary exhibition and all the materials used in the workshop. The price is 8€ per person (children and adults.)
