Part of ‘The Other Museum’ activities programme
“Pablo Picasso was not an art theorist, however, when a conversation arose among close friends, he did express his aesthetic opinions”, says Rafael Inglada in the prologue to the book Picasso. El Arte no es Verdad, (Picasso, Art is not True) which contains 25 interviews with the artist, published between 1913 and 1971 and brought together here for the first time in Spanish. In the context of the book’s publication, Museo Picasso Málaga has invited both Rafael Inglada and Rosario Camacho to come and talk about some of the recurrent themes in Picasso’s work that appear in this collection of interviews.
Rafael Inglada. Expert on Picasso. Rosario Camacho. Honorary Professor, UMA.
